第４回アジア・オセアニア弓道セミナーの開催にあたりご挨拶を申し上げます。
この講習会も回を重ねるごとに参加者が増え、今年は２００名を超える方々がここ名古屋市にお集まりいただきましたこと、主催者として誠に喜ばしく存じます。

昨年、フランスのパリ市で開催いたしました国際弓道連盟総会で、ニュージーランド弓道連盟と台湾弓道協会両団体の正式加盟が承認されました。

これは、アジア・オセアニア地域における弓道の普及と、弓道の更なる国際的な発展の一助になるものと期待いたします。これもひとえに、各国ならびに各地域における関係者の努力によるものであり、敬意と感謝を申し上げます。

欧州ならびに米国のみならず、世界各国からの弓道愛好家が集い、日本の伝統文化である弓道を通して交流することを思うと期待に胸がふくらみます。

最後になりましたが、このセミナーの開催にあたり愛知県弓道連盟をはじめ関係者の皆様より多大なるご協力をいただいております。この場をお借りして厚くお礼申し上げまして、簡単ではございますが挨拶とさせていただきます。

I would like to give my greetings to this opening of the 4th Asia Oceania Kyudo Seminar. This seminar has seen an increase in participants every year and this year we have over 200 participants in total gathering here in Nagoya. As hosts, we are extremely delighted to see this.

Last year, in the International Kyudo Federation General Assembly held in Paris, France, both the New Zealand Kyudo Federation and Taiwan Kyudo Association’s official membership into the IKYF was approved.

We see this as Kyudo spreading within the Asia Oceania Area and also look forward to Kyudo continuing to develop more internationally. This is also due to the hard work and efforts of those involved in each country and area, and I would like to express my respect and appreciation.

Not just from Europe or the US, when I think about Kyudo enthusiasts gathering from all over the world to make exchanges through the Japanese traditional culture of Kyudo, my heart fills with anticipation.

Lastly, with efforts of the Aichi Prefecture Kyudo Federation and those involved to help make this seminar possible, I would like to use this opportunity to express my sincerest thanks for your support. Thank you very much.
